Asian Chicken Salad

 

Ingredients:
1 cup cooked whole chicken breast, diced
1/2 cup red pepper, diced
4 scallions, sliced
2 tablespoons mayonnaise
2 teaspoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon sesame seed oil
garnish with crushed black pepper

Instructions

1.Mix together mayo, soy sauce, and sesame seed oil to make dressing.
2. Combine remaining ingredients into dressing.
