Ingredients:

ounces artichoke hearts in brine, rinsed and drained

tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese

tablespoons lowfat mayonnaise

tablespoon chopped green chilies, drained

clove garlic, minced
1/4
teaspoon black pepper
1/3
of a baguette cut in thin slices
Instructions:
Mince
the artichoke hearts and whip all the ingredients together. Spoon and spread
1 tablespoon of the artichoke mixture on each slice of bread and broil
it for several minutes until golden and bubbly. These appetizers are best
served hot. Sprinkle the tops with a little paprika before passing the
tray.
