Asparagus Chili Dip

 


Ingredients:
12 Asparagus spears, cooked and chopped
2 Tsp. Lemon Juice
2 Tbsp. Drained canned mild green chillies
1 Tbsp. chopped red conion
2 Tsp. olive oil
1/2 Tsp. Salt
1/2 Garlic clove, crushed
Dash each ground nutmeg and peper

Instructions:
In blender container or work bowl of food processor combine all ingredients and process until smooth. Refrigerate, covered, until chilled
