Gremolata

 


Ingredients: 
1 finely grated,  lemon, rind of           
2 to 3 tablespoons  fresh parsley (Italian or curly, if possible)
2 to 3 cloves  garlic, crushed  

Instructions: 
Combine ingredients in a bowl and mix thoroughly.
