Olive Parmesan Beer Bread

 


Ingredients: 
2 2/3 cups  self rising flour           
12 ounces freshly opened chilled  beer           1 cup  kalamata olives or black olives, pitted and coarsely chopped            
1/2 cup grated  parmesan cheese           
1 1/2 teaspoons  italian seasoning      

Instructions: 
Heat oven to 375F degrees.

Lightly grease a 9 by5 by 3 loaf pan.

Put flour in medium size bowl.

Mix flour with olives, cheese and seasoning.

Add beer and stir until just mixed.

Scrape into pan.

Bake 50-55 minutes.

Cool on wire rack 5 minutes.
