Ingredients:
1 cup vanilla low fat yogurt
1 cup sliced bananas (1
large)
1 cup sliced strawberries
(6 oz.)
1/4 cup apple or orange
juice
Instructions:
Blend ingredients in blender
or food processor.
Blend until smooth. Leftovers
will keep for a day or can be frozen as pops.
