Iced Mocha Latte

 


Ingredients:
1  tablespoon instant coffee crystals
1  tablespoon dutch-process cocoa powder
   sugar substitute equivalent to 2 tablespoons
   sugar
1/3 cup strong hot coffee or espresso
2  cups ice  cubes
1  cup evaporated skim milk

Instructions:
dissolve instant coffee crystals, cocoa and sugar substitute in hat coffee.Put ice cubes and evaporated milk in a blender or food processor; process 20 seconds to crush ice. Add coffee mixture, and process 30 seconds more.
Serve immediately.
