Sunshine Lemon Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

2 cups skim milk
2 cups lowfat lemon yogurt
1/2 cup ice
3 tablespoons powdered lemonade mix

Instructions:

In a blender, combine all ingredients and blend until the mixture is smooth and creamy. 

Serve in a tall glass and garnish with lemon wedge or zest if desired.
