Ingredients:
1  cup pineapple juice 
1  banana 
5  ounces silken tofu 
1/2  cup fresh or frozen strawberries 
1/2  teaspoon vanilla 
1/4  cup granulated sugar 

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in a blender and purée until smooth.
