Banana Raisin Cookies

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup margarine, softened
1/4 tsp. cinnamon
2/3 cup sugar
1 1/2 cup rolled oats
1 egg
1 cup mashed banana (about 2 bananas)
1 1/4 cup flour
1/8 tsp. salt
1 cup raisins
1/2 cup chopped nuts (optional)

Instructions:

Beat together margarine and sugar until light and fluffy. 

Beat in egg. Mix together flour, salt and cinnamon. Beat into margarine mixture. 

Mix in oats, bananas, raisins and nuts. 

Drop by teaspoonfuls onto greased cookie sheet. 

Bake in 375 F. oven for 12-14 minutes.
