Butter Crunch Desserts

 

Ingredients:
1 cup all-purpose flour
1/2 cup reduced fat butter or margarine
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup chopped pecans, walnuts or coconut

Fresh fruit and flavored yogurt

Instructions:

Heat oven to 400 degrees. Mix all topping ingredients together using hands. Spread in an ungreased baking sheet. Bake for 15 minutes, stir and cool. Cover and store in refrigerator.

In parfait glasses, alternate butter crunch mixture with flavored fat-free yogurt and fresh fruit, ending and beginning with butter crunch mixture.

Serves: 30 (topping mixture only)
