Berry Fruit Tarts
Ingredients:
1/2 Cup
Low-fat sour cream
2 Tbs
Confectioner's sugar
1/4 tsp
Dried mint, crushed
1/4 tsp
Cinnamon, ground
6 small
Graham cracker crusts
1/3 Cup
Blueberries, fresh
1/3 Cup
Raspberries, fresh
1/3 Cup
Strawberries, fresh
Low-fat whipped cream,
to taste
Instructions:
In small mixing bowl, combine
sour cream, sugar, mint, and cinnamon. Spoon mixture into the graham cracker
crusts. Arrange the assorted berries to each crust. Add dollop of whipped
cream before serving
