Blueberry Swirl

 

Ingredients:

3/4 cup fresh or frozen blueberries
1 cup fat free cottage cheese
2 small ripe bananas, peeled, sliced, and frozen
1 T. sugar

Instructions:

 If using fresh berries, freeze them before beginning recipe.

In a blender or food processor, process cottage cheese until smooth. Add berries, bananas, and sugar. Cover and blend or process till smooth, scraping down sides of container occasionally. Cover and chill till serving time.
