Blueberry Smoothie

 

Ingredients:

1/4 cup orange juice
1/2 cup plain, low-fat yogurt
1/2 cup washed, stemmed blueberries
honey to taste

Instructions:

1. Place all the ingredients in a blender. Blend on high speed until smooth.
