Cappuccino Banana Smoothie

 

Ingredients:
1 cup skim milk or chocolate milk (if not diet focused)
1 teaspoon cocoa powder
1 teaspoon instant coffee or espresso powder
1 cup water
1/2 banana
5-6 ice cubes
2 g sugar substitute or 2 teaspoon real sugar or Splenda sugar substitute

Instructions:
1. Pour milk, cocoa powder, instant coffee, banana chunk, sugar substitute and 1/2 cup of water in blender and mix on low for 30 seconds.
2. Pour in the other half cup of water and the ice cubes, blend until at desired thickness.
