Ingredients:
1 lb frozen white bread dough,
thawed
1 tsp pure vanilla extract
8 oz Neufchatel cheese,
softened
21 oz apple pie filling
1/4 cup granulated sugar
1 tsp cinnamon
1/4 cup egg whites, slightly
beaten
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare
a 9 x 13" pan with cooking spray; set aside. Roll out dough to fit into
prepared pan.
Cover and rise 15 minutes.
In a mixing bowl, combine
cream cheese, sugar, egg whites, and vanilla extract. Mix until smooth.
Spread over top dough in
pan. Spread pie filling over top cream cheese mixture. Sprinkle cinnamon
on top. Bake for 25 minutes, or until golden brown.
