Chocolate Cake With Chocolate Sauce

 

Ingredients: 
Chocolate Cake:
1 1/2 cups flour
1/4 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/2 cup unsweetened cocoa
1 1/2 teaspoons baking soda
1 teaspoon salt
1 cup milk, skim
2/3 cup vegetable oil
2 eggs

Chocolate Sauce 
2 teaspoons cornstarch
1/4 cup cold water
dash  salt
1 ounce baking chocolate
1/3 cup granulated sugar replacement
1/2  teaspoon margarine

Instructions:
Combine all ingredients in large bowl and beat just until blended.  Pour into well greased and floured 13 by 9 inch cake pan.  Bake at 350 for 40-45 minutes until done.

For sauce blend cornstarch and cold water and pour into saucepan. Add salt and chocolate. Cook on low heat until chocolate melts and mixture is thick: remove from heat. Stir in sugar replacement and blend in butter. Use over cake or ice cream.
