Ingredients:
2 Large Eggs
1/2 Cup Butter,
softened
1 Cup Sugar
1 20 oz can
Sour cherries in syrup, pureed
1 1/2 Cups Flour
1/2 tsp Salt
1 tsp Baking
soda
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 Cup Oat bran
2 Cups Old fashioned
rolled oats
1 tsp Almond
extract
Instructions:
Pre-heat oven to 350.
In large mixing bowl, blend
eggs, butter, and sugar. Mix in pureed cherries. Sift in flour,
salt, baking soda, and nutmeg. Sift in oat bran, oats, and almond
extract.
Grease cookie sheet or line
with parchment paper. Scoop dough onto cookie sheet by tablespoonsful.
Bake 10-12 minutes.
