Chocolate Puffs

 


Ingredients:
3 ounces chocolate chips 
1 egg white 
1/4 cup white sugar 
pinch of salt 
1/4 teaspoon cider vinegar 
1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract 

Instructions:

Place chips in a stainless bowl over a water bath and melt slowly. Beat the egg white with the salt until foamy. Gradually add the sugar and beat until stiff. Beat in the vinegar and vanilla. Fold in the melted cooled chocolate and drop by teaspoonfuls onto a parchment lined cookie sheet. Bake 8-10 minutes @ 350F. Let cool before attempting to take off the sheet pan.
