tablespoons Cream Cheese

tablespoon skim milk

teaspoon vanilla

tablespoons cocoa

teaspoon skim milk

cups sifted confectioners' sugar
Instructions:
In
a large mixing bowl, cream together Cream Cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and
vanilla. Add cocoa and blend well.
Add
1 teaspoon of milk and 1/2 cup sugar, beating constantly. Add remaining
sugar, 1/2 cup at a time. Spread on completely cooled cake.
