Custard Pie

 

Ingredients:

3 eggs
1 cup sugar
3 Tbsp. self-rising flour
2 Tbsp. butter -- melted
12 oz. evaporated skim milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 tsp. nutmeg

Instructions:

Beat all ingredients well and pour into a nonstick pie pan which has been sprayed with nonstick spray and lightly floured. Bake at 325 for 30-40 minutes.
