Ingredients:
1 (15 ounce) can pear halves
1/2 teaspoon grated gingerroot
Instructions:
1.Freeze unopened can of pears overnight.
2. Rinse frozen can under hot water for 30 seconds.
3. Open can and transfer frozen pears and syrup to a food processor. Add ginger and pulse until smooth.
