Frozen Banana Mouse

 

Ingredients:

3 ripe bananas
1/4 cup part-skim milk
Pinch ground nutmeg

Instructions:

Peel and place bananas in a heavy plastic bag. Freeze at least 6 hours. 

Remove from freezer and cut each into five or six pieces.

In the workbowl of a food processor fitted with a metal blade, process banana pieces and remaining ingrdients, scraping sides occasionally, until smooth and creamy.

Serve immediately.
