Frozen Banana Orange Push Ups

Ingredients:
2 bananas
1 6-ounce can frozen orange
juice concentrate, thawed
1/2 cup nonfat dry milk
1/2 cup water
1 cup plain nonfat yogurt
Instructions:
Peel bananas and slice them
into a blender or the work bowl of a food processor fitted with a metal
blade. Add remaining ingredients. Cover and process until foamy. Pour evenly
into 6 small paper cups. Freeze.
To eat, squeeze bottom
of cup.
