Fresh Peaches In Lemon Juice

 

Ingredients:

6 fresh peaches, peeled and sliced
2 lemons, juiced
2 tablespoons sugar

Instructions:

Arrange peach slices in a serving dish and cover with the sugar and lemon juice. 

Leave for at least 2 hours in the refrigerator. 

The peaches will leach juice into the lemon juice and create a sweet sauce with the sugar. 

This is best served at room temperature after a main course of meat to clean the palate.
