Fruit Popsicles

 

Ingredients:

1          cup nonfat yogurt
1/2       cup orange juice
1/2       cups mandarin oranges
2          tablespoons Formula 1 French Vanilla Shake Mix
1          drop Kindermins Vitamins
1/2       teaspoon chocolate syrup

Instructions:

Combine ingredients together and place in 4 ounce decorated Dixie cups. 

Place pieces of foil over the top and insert popsicle sticks into the cups through foil. 

Freeze and serve as a healthy frozen treat. Kids love them (old and young!)

The cups can be carried and used to keep the popsicle from dripping as they melt.
