Fruity Crisp

 

Ingredients: 
4 cups fruit * see note
1/4 cup sugar
2 teaspoons lemon juice
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
1/4 cup flour
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
2 tablespoons margarine
1 egg white

Instructions:
Combine fruit, sugar, lemon juice and cinnamon in an 8x8" baking dish.  Toss well.

In a bowl, combine oats, flour and brown sugar.  Cut in margarine and egg white til mixture resembles coarse crumbs. Sprinkle evenly over fruit mix.

Bake at 350 deg for about 40 min. Makes 6 servings

*Note: sliced or chopped (try Granny smith apple, peaches,  blueberries, blackberries, or other berries)
