Fruit and Yogurt Parfaits

 

Ingredients:
2 cups fresh sliced strawberries
2 cups fresh blueberries
2 cups nonfat vanilla yogurt

Instructions:

Choose see-through glasses for the dessert.
Layer fruit, then yogurt. Alternate fruit.
Place a dollop of yogurt on top with a whole strawberry for garnish.
Other fruits work great as well, so experiment and mix and match. Others to try include:
          * bananas
          * kiwis
          * mandarin oranges
          * fresh peaches.

Using lemon and other fruit flavored yogurts also adds variety.
