Gelatin Sorbet

 

Ingredients:

1 package gelatin powder with aspartame
1 cup water, hot
8 ounces cream
1 teaspoon vanilla
2 packages splenda

Instructions:

Dissolve your favorite flavor of jello into hot water. Chill until soft set and then remove from refridgerator about 1/2 hour. Beat the jello with the mixer to get air into the jello. Beat cream until whipped. Add to jello and add the splenda and vanilla. Put in freezer for about 1/2 hour. Beat again to make smoother.
