Ingredients:
1 Can
15 oz Soybeans, rinsed, drained & patted down
1 Cup
Brown sugar
1/2 Cup
Molasses
1/2 tsp
Salt
1/2 tsp
Baking powder
1/2 tsp
Orange zest
1 tsp
Cinnamon
1 tsp
Nutmeg
1 tsp
Vanilla
1/4 tsp
Baking soda
4
Eggs
Lite whipped
topping
Canola oil
cooking spray
Instructions:
Preheat oven
at 350 degrees. In food processor or blender, combine all ingredients except
eggs and whipped topping; process until blended.
Continue blending,
adding one egg at a time, until smooth. Lightly oil 8 x 8 baking dish with
Canola oil cooking spray and pour batter in; bake 45-50 minutes or until
toothpick inserted comes out clean.
Cool on wire
rack for at least 15 minutes and serve with light whipped cream.
