Homemade Frozen Fruit Sorbet
Ingredients:
1 (6 oz.)container lowfat
vanilla yogurt
2/3 cup frozen boysenberries
1 tbsp ground flaxseed
Optional:
1 packet artificial sweetener
(optional)
Instructions:
Add yogurt and boysenberries
(and artificial sweetener if desired) to the blender or food processor
and pulse until a nice mixture is made.
Add to a serving dish and
stir in flaxseed.
