1 oz. unsweetened baking chocolate
1 cup cake flour
3/4 cup unsweetened cocoa powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 cup egg substitute
1-1/4 cup granulated sugar
3/4 cup dark corn syrup
3/4 cup unsweetened applesauce
1/4 cup canola oil
1 tablespoon vanilla extract
2 tablespoons lightly toasted chopped nuts (optional)

Pour into prepared pan. Sprinkle with nuts, if desired. (Nuts add fat).
