Ingredients:
4 tablespoons skim milk
8 teaspoons caster sugar
2 teaspoons vanilla essence
2 bananas, ripe
14 ounces nonfat yogurt
Instructions:
1. lice bananas.
2. Blend all ingredients until smooth and spoon into serving glasses.
3. Chilll for 1 hour.
