Ingredients:
8 oz fat-free cream cheese,
softened
1 1/3 cup water
1/4 cup granulated sugar
3 whole eggs, slightly beaten
1 whole egg white, slightly
beaten
2 tbsp olive oil
2/3 cup mini semisweet chocolate
chips
16 oz reduced fat vanilla
frosting
18 1/4 oz orange cake mix
Instructions:
Preheat oven to 350. Prepare
32 paper cups with cooking spray and flour; set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine
cream cheese, sugar, and one egg white. Mix until smooth. Fold in chocolate
chips; set aside.
In another mixing bowl, combine
cake mix, water, eggs, and oil. Mix well.
Spoon mixture evenly into
prepared cups, filling each 2/3 full. Drop a 3/4 tbsp of cream cheese mixture
into center of batter in each cup. Bake for 20 minutes, or until browned
on top.
