Pineapple & Plum Compote
Ingredients:
4 cups pineapple chunks
8 plums, pitted and sliced
1 Tbs. brown sugar
Instructions:
Combine pineapple chunks and plums on individual serving
plates. Sprinkle with brown sugar and serve.
