Ingredients:
1 teaspoon butter
4 firm, tart apples, peeled,
cored and sliced
pinch of ground cinnamon
(optional)
Instructions:
1. Melt the butter in a skillet
over medium heat.
2. Add the sliced apples
and the cinnamon.
3. Saute until the apples
are soft. Serve with poultry, pork or pancakes.
