Strawberries With Almond And Yogurt Dip

Ingredients:
1 cup nonfat vanilla
yogurt
3 tablespoons blanched
almonds, toasted and
finely
chopped
1 teaspoon grated
lemon rind
3 cups fresh strawberries
Instructions:
In a small bowl, mix the
yogurt, almonds and lemon rind. Chill for at least 20 minutes.
Transfer to a decorative
serving bowl. Place the bowl in the center of a large platter and surround
with the strawberries. Provide decorative food picks for spearing and dipping
the fruit.
