Tropical Mango Smoothie

 

Ingredients:
1 1/2  Cups  Plain nonfat yogurt
6  Med  Strawberries
1  Cup  Fresh or canned pineapple
1  Med  Banana
1  Med  Mango, peeled and sliced
8  Oz  Orange Juice
1  tsp  Pure vanilla extract
6   Ice cubes

Instructions:

Put all ingredients in a blender.  Puree until smooth.   Add extra yogurt or orange juice for desired consistency.
Serve cold–over ice if it’s a hot day!
