Global Warming Also Means More Humidity

British scientists have determined global warming isn't only raising temperatures but the Earth is also becoming more humid.

Researchers at the University of East Anglia in Norwich, England, not only predict the planet's humidity levels will increase, they also expect those conditions will produce heavier rainfall, stronger hurricanes and increased human heat stress, National Geographic News reported.

The British study also determined the rising humidity levels  were being produced by human influences, study co-author Nathan Gillett told NGN.

The findings are reported in the journal Nature.
