Apple Broccoli Waldorf

 

Ingredients:

2 red apples, diced with peel on
2 cups raw broccoli floweriest
2 TBSP. chopped green onion
2 TBSP. chopped walnuts
1/4 cup raisins
1/2 cup low-fat vanilla yogurt

Instructions:

Mix all together and refrigerate until ready to serve.  It looks nice when served on a bed of lettuce.
