Baked Apple and Carrot Casserole

 

Ingredients:
6 apples, cored, peeled, thinly sliced
2 cups carrots, sliced, cooked
1/3 cup brown sugar
2 tablespoons flour
salt, to taste
3/4 cup orange juice

Instructions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2. Place half the apples in greased 2 quart baking dish and cover with half the carrots.
3. Mix brown sugar, flour, and salt to taste, and sprinkle half the carrots.
4. Repeat layers and pour orange juice over top.
5. Bake for 45 minutes.
