Ingredients:
1 cup (180 g) raw basmati
rice
1 1/2 cups (360 ml) water
Instructions:
Wash the rice under running
water to remove extra starch. Drain.
Bring water to a rapid boil
in a covered pot and stir in rice. Reduce heat and simmer until all of
the water is absorbed, about 12 to 15 minutes. Fluff and use as directed.
