Baked Lowfat French Fries
Ingredients:
3 medium potatoes
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon paprika
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
Instructions:
Wash potatoes and slice into
1/4-inch slices. Dry potatoes on paper towels. Combine seasonings in a
large resealable plastic bag. Add potatoes and shake well to coat. Spray
a baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray and arrange potato slices in
a single layer. Bake at 425 degrees for 12-15 minutes on each side or until
lightly browned and crispy.
