Ingredients:
2 cans (15 oz.)
black beans
1 Tbsp. oil
1 medium onion
1 green pepper
2 garlic cloves
1 tsp. cumin
powder
1/2 tsp. oregano
1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. red
wine vinegar
Instructions:
Chop onion and
green pepper. Mince garlic.
Cook in oil
until soft.
Add beans with
liquid.
Add cumin, oregano
and salt.
Simmer 15-30
minutes.
Before serving,
add red wine vinegar.
