Cucumber Vinaigrette

 


Ingredients: 

1 cucumber, peeled & seeded and diced           
3 drops  sherry wine           
1 sprig  dill            
1/4 teaspoon  dijon mustard                   pepper           
2 cloves  garlic, peeled   

Instructions: 
 Put all the ingredients in a food processor and blend until smooth. 

Refrigerate until serving
